By accessing or using TablerAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TablerAI is a web application that uses artificial intelligence to generate Google Sheets spreadsheets based on user-provided text descriptions. The Service creates spreadsheets in your connected Google Sheets account.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. Request limits reset weekly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are in US dollars (USD).

6. Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. TablerAI retains all rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated spreadsheets will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TablerAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
