Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with TablerAI. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@tablerai.com with:
- Your account email address
- The date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We will respond within 3 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed via PayPal to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
- Requests made after the 7-day window
- Accounts that have been terminated for violating our Terms of Use
- Free plan usage
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
